Observation notes: Hill-topping on McMullen Peak the top of which is mostly grassy with some protruding bedrock surrounded by sparse pine forest and a slope covered in Cliff Findlerbush. For the previous week, the weather had been characterized by afternoon showers and this day was no different although locally it was still mostly sunny at this time.
