Coordinator notes: hasfitz, these are terrific photos! but this is Goatweed Leafwing rather than Tropical. on the ventral hindwing note the lack of a dark submarginal line and no black spot near the short tail; also note the smooth (not scalloped) hindwing margin; the relatively unmarked orange dorsal forewing indicates a male. thanks for submitting!
