Observation notes: on tree bark in open area at woodland edge. vegetation is left native, but is primarily field parsley right now. I have a number of this type (brown, somewhat dark, the white arc of dots on upper HW that are on both top and bottom. I dont want to submit more photos of skippers like this until i figure out what it is so i dont gum up your systems which bunches of pics of the same thing.
