Observation notes: Cool afternoon with a slight wind. It was just flitting down the edge of a dirt road that was surrounded by trees and low wild flowers and grasses in the ditch.

Coordinator notes: Tough to call confidently with photo distance and focus, however location and dark wing margins would favor an Atlantis. I cannot make out the classic FW basal spot or the gray eyes usually seen on the Atlantis. -jmgesell
