Observation notes: I am a nestbox monitor at the Giving Pond, part of Delaware Canal State Park in Tinicum Township, Bucks County. I had monitored this nestbox 10 days before this and it was completely empty. On monitoring it yesterday it had all these moths in it. They were about an inch to an inch and a half each. They were resting there and didn't react to my opening the box, unfortunately I didn't see the underwing which I suspect would have greatly improved my chances to ID them.
