Observation notes: Nectaring near the creek in Big Dry Canyon, close to Johnson's Cabin. What attracted my attention was the white markings on the body and legs.

Coordinator notes: I saw that too, so definitely not Mexican. Marta, the tuft of white hairs behind the foreleg are consistent with newly described albicirrus Glassberg 2023. The jury is still out as to whether that is a subspecies of catullus or a full species all its own.
