Observation notes: I have grown up in this area of FL and have never seen a full-grown moth like the one I took a picture of but I have played with the caterpillars of this type of silk moth. This is super late in the season to see these moths (so I have read). I thought something was wrong for it to be out during the day but I read this was normal.
