Observation notes: Along the Arroyo Trail, Organ Mountains, this skipperling perched on maturing Green Sprangletop fruiting panicles. The only skipper observed over ~ 2mi of trail and <15 butterflies in total observed. The mid-day was warm, windy, and under full sun.
