Observation notes: There were quite a number of these, or similar moths, in the flowers of Potentilla. I am submitting several different sightings because they do not all look the same to me - although the differences may be intraspecies variation or the effect of wear. Coordinator notes: Great find - to my knowledge, these may be the first of the species found in North America. I cannot find another moth quite as similar in the known North American fauna.
