Observation notes: I discovered two specimens fluttering around the dry grass next to the parking lot at my place of employment in Gainesville FL. Being unfamiliar and blue I googled blue butterfly, which led me to misidentify it as a Miami Blue and cause a minor stir at work. I later got help identifying it after I contacted the local university.
