Observation notes: This is a specific location where I have seen many Fatal Metalmarks before. Today's weather is partly cloudy, high near or at the 70 degree mark, with thunderstorms threatening later in the day. First day of winter is not a day where one expects to see a lot of flyers, but there was a Lady of some sort and a Cloudless Sulphur in the vicinity as well. This individual fluttered around and perched in the lower parts of dry foliage, but would not allow a closer shot.
