  Sighting 1377145

Observation date: February 29, 2024
Submitted by: Varn
Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: Moth was resting on house siding in a deeply recessed entryway. Length while resting live is 25 mm. The tuft of yellow or orange scales or hairs on the thorax and the symmetrical pattern of three bumps on each wing all seemed distinctive, but I don't know if they are important or not? I still have the specimen, although it's not in great shape. I could submit it if worth while.
