Observation notes: Seen patrolling and perching at eye level at the Way Up Trail entrance in Elfin Forest. This individual was quite small for a Sister - smaller than Lorquin's Admiral and I first mistakenly thought it was an Admiral, until I approached it to take pictures. Weather was clear, slightly breezy and moderate. Many Orangetip sightings, and a few other species, but no other Sisters.
