Observation notes: Maybe a stretch here with the angle and blurry focus, but unfortunately it took off seconds after landing and was impossible to follow in the wind. You can see the orange "flag" off the end of the stigma, and the ventral HWs appear fairly uniform gray-brown ruling out a Peck's (which was about the same size and found in this location today).
