Observation notes: This lone Hairstreak was photographed on the lightly fragrant (honey-scented) flowers of Skunkbush Sumac (Rhus trilobata). Its wings were held together, and it was gently rubbing its hindwings in vertical motions. Weather warm & sunny, about 72 degrees F.
