Observation notes: I admit to being stumped by this one. The dark contrast of the markings on the upper wing was particularly striking. I might guess Afranius or Persius, but there don't appear to be any glassy spots. I also don't see any submarginal spots. Puzzling.

Coordinator notes: those dark bands are unusual, I agree. Your observations of no ventral dots and no FW glassy spots, with which I agree, tell me this is an oddly marked Sleepy Duskywing. not Dreamy either.
