Observation notes: Observed in prairie area at West Rocky Creek Prairie Wildlife Management area, Thurston county, WA. Grasses, daisy and scotch broom dominated area. Outwash prairie. Was not actively feeding. Moderate wind (2 to 3 on Beaufort scale), about 64 degrees, sky partially cloudy
