Observation notes: Found next to gas station island - fairly close to the island but not entirely out of harm's way. S/he was attracting quite a bit of attention. Very still, no movement detected. Did not interfere him/her. Now that I look closer at the image - the poor female is laying her eggs here. I suspect that is what the small cream colored globes are next to her.
