Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: Question: One source indicated that this was an Eastern Tiger Swallowtail caterpillar, however, when I went to post this, the recent gallery sidebar showed what appears to be an identical one to this that it ID'd as Papilio canadensis (Canadian Tiger Swallowtail) Would appreciate knowing which as one glaucus would be normal for around here (Southernmost Illinois) while the other canadensis is not one that I can recall having seen here.
