Observation notes: Observed lots of brownish red dorsally when in flight. Couldn't get a good look at VFW to see if 'bird beak' present

Coordinator notes: the ventral hindwing does have the required eyespot and does not have a true median band as chryxus should, but instead has the uhleri "look" for lack of a better word; Uhler's also has a tawny upperside, so that does not preclude uhleri.
