Observation notes: This thing was absolutely zipping around, it may have been chasing another at one point, seemed like it was dive bombing me and my dog, it even landed on me, then on the leash. About 70 deg Fahrenheit, dew still on plants, busy area, lots of birds, little guy had no fear.
