Observation notes: A number of these bugs. VHW has smaller white distinct spots. 'Ground color seems a bit dark but could be lighting.

Coordinator notes: another odd one, I agree, but still within the range for variation of Green Skipper. plus the locator dot puts you in the drainage, Green Skipper territory, whereas pahaska would be on the high spots.
