Catocala ilia

Observation date: July 09, 2024
Date notes: Moth flew In a few hours ago my husband noticed it right away I didn’t until about 20 minutes ago we both noticed the size and coloring of it and hadn’t seen one like this so googled it and im having a hard time pinpointing which species of moth it is as the ones that came up aren’t generally found in our area but I found one map where it did show it being in our area but the rest if what I’m seeing is it’s more common in NC, USA and I’m in Oregon
