Observation notes: found in same location as my previous reported sighting 2 years ago on July 9th. Overcast, mild day. Butterfly flitting around low near ground. Stopped several times. Was not observed stopping on any plants. Since this is my second sighting in same location, wondering if there is an established population in this area.

Coordinator notes: Your ID is correct as you stated you found this arctic in the same place two years ago (flys in even-years only)...though likely quite small there is most certainly an established population at this site/surrounding area...several other reports at different sites in Boulder County this year (and two years ago also).
