Red-fringed Emerald
Nemoria bistriaria

Observation date: July 22, 2024
Submitted by: vvryabyy
Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: Attracted to blacklight at night, found in morning. About an inch wide, slightly larger than the Common Tan Wave (in last picture). Has very faint black dots on wings and the checkered wing fringe which makes me think it is a red-bordered and not the red-fringed.
Status: Resident
