Observation notes: Found near blacklight in morning, rainy night and morning. Small, wing span about 25mm, head to tip of abdomen 10mm. Green with thick, pale yellow am and pm lines on FW, just one pm line on HW. and pale yellow fringe (fringe is mostly just on hindwings and longer)
