Observation notes: There were a lot of Small Wood Nymphs flying around, but this one struck me as larger and perhaps the Great Basin.

Coordinator notes: Yes...looks like a female and in Grand County the populations begin to transition from the darker subspecies east of the Divide (charon) to populations in the Great Basin which closely represent nominate subspecies oetus that is lighter on the underside and has bolder hindwing markings.
