Observation notes: Spotted in the patio overhang of an apartment in central Kittitas County. It's 85-90°F in the sun, cooler in the shade where the moth was found. There is a natural creek with a native plant buffer behind the apartment, with the buffer starting 30-35 feet from where the moth was spotted. Plants around the creek include milkweed and cottonwood. Moth stayed stationary during observation. Image has a green tint, the wall on which it was found is a medium eggshell grey. Second image is edited to better reflect colors as observed.
