Observation notes: In rocky area near what looked like the host, one or two males and females. Hot clear dry day along with coppers and frits, some sulphur, checkerspots and crescents. will post more. Posted what I think are a male and the female it was chasing.

Coordinator notes: These are the subspecies Parnassius smintheus sayii. I believe the top photo is the female, bottom the male. Yes please submit more for Utah for sure, appreciated. Thanks, JAMES STEEN
