Observation notes: Just saw this one small skipper (in "jet plane" position) sunning on a blade of grass in Moore Park in Klamath Falls. Weather was sunny & warm. (Sorry, did not get ventral photos)

Coordinator notes: I posted your record and other reviewers (Nick Grishin and Mike Fisher) tell me this is a Woodland Skipper, a species I have never seen jet plane, so based on their input, we will have to see other individuals that have better views that meet the Fiery Skipper criteria.-Ken Davenport
