Observation notes: Temperature highs reached up to 78 degrees Fahrenheit, with lows in the 50's. Area in which specimen was found had 2-3 sycamores estimated to be 40-60 years of age. The ground cover was a type of Kentucky blue grass, with additional mature shade trees nearby. Insect was active, alert, and climbing up the sycamore's trunk upon observation.
