Observation notes: Only one I saw. Sipping and basking from seeps. Also flew out to inspect me, so patrolling? Habitat is a stream and small roadside waterfall, a granite wall with nooks, crannies and mossy seeps. Woods along the road and top of the cliff are mixed deciduous and conifer the understory is mixed native shrubs and perennials.
