Observation notes: Yellow butterfly with minimal markings takes nutrients from moist litter and soil under a Bermudagrass stand. A few Sleepy Oranges nearby were also foraging in this manner. The site is along the Rio Grande within Mesilla Valley Bosque State Park. The morning was sunny, hot, and with a light breeze.

Coordinator notes: about the yellowest creature I know. We used to call it Cloudless, but DNA studies resulted in Marcellina (ours) being split away from Cloudless (eastern). thanks, Jim!
