Observation notes: I'm new to IDing butterflies but I found this guy in the pool. He's in rough shape, a lot of his scales worn off. His thorax, which you can't see well in the attached picture, is blue with black stripes. The insides of his wings are dark, the light bands of orange near the base of his wings are only on the outside.
