Observation notes: Found on a sunny day during a long dry spell while uprooting Chinese privet in cattle pasture. It was near the base of the very bushy privet, surrounded by crabgrass. It was clinging to a tiny vine like structure, which may have been a branch or a remaining part of the privet that had just been uprooted.
