Observation notes: Found at a friends yard where they have may host and nectar plants for butterflies. They check their plants numerous times per day. The skipper was seen mostly on a non-native Verbena bonariensis flowers. It did also nectar on zinnias. It stayed around at least 3 days. Weather has been quite warm in the 70's for this time of year and totally sunny.
