Observation notes: It was a clear cool night, about 42 degrees Fahrenheit. I found it on a concrete walkway, not moving. I did pick it up, which made it start flapping its wings. I decided to bring it inside and put it into a covered cup. After a bit with it not moving, I put it back outside nearby. It did start to move when I manipulated it. It seems to be missing a leg, but it's hard to tell.
