Coordinator notes: I requested more photos from the observer and showed it to others as well. The photos appear to show a tiger swallowtail that is a genetic aberrant of some sort. Other than that, I don't know what this is.
J. Calhoun: this is an incredible dark aberration of the Canadian Tiger Swallowtail.
