Observation notes: Male. One of two Lethe/Satyrodes appalachia, 18-June-2011 [19-June an error]
in breeding habitat adjacent to flooded former increasingly productive habitat --
former habitat had a daily maxima 130 in 2009; 250 in 2010 -- however,
only 2 were observed in former site, on the later date of 17-July-2011.
Most of nearby S. eurydice habitat was plowed up for corn production
in 2010 and 2011, but extensive sedge habitat remains -- with many eurydice.
