Observation notes: This moth was sitting on our grey brick within our yard. It was in the same location the following morning, It was a very windy throughout the night and remained wind throughout the day. I noticed it on the brick in the morning leaving to work presuming it would not be there when I returned from work in the evening. I snapped a few pictures because I though it was dead but sure enough it was alive, If you look close enough the left wing had a tear through it.
