Observation notes: A few of these very tiny creatures were flying around our dirt driveway, moving very quickly. They appeared to have a bluish-gray hue. This one rested for quite awhile, on what appeared to be a bird dropping about the size of a penny. That gives you an idea of how small it is! Weather conditions today are warm (75), dry, sunny & windy.
