Observation notes: beautiful flew into the house we live in herald ca 95638 95 degrees during the day when it flew in it was 72 or slightly cooler we have lots of eucalyptus trees very dry this last week but only reached this temp the last two days. landed on the floor my husband retrieved it before the cat could we took the pictures then put it on the rose bush by our front door i take bad pictures i do hope you get a good look we have never seen this kind here before please let us know it really is beautiful with a mauve color on the small set of wings
