Observation notes: It was beginning to get cloudy and was very humid as Florida Weather usually is but it had not yet started raining. It was fluttering everywhere and hovering over the handrails of a nearby stairway. It seemed like it wanted to land but it wouldn't land anywhere. After twenty minutes of it flying over the handrail it flew over to a palm tree that was by the staircase and quickly fluttered into my directing hit my shoulder and flew off somewhere beyond the palm tree.
