Observation notes: 9-June: One of three Juniper Hairstreaks nectaring on daisies in this field, and an adjacent field.
Shrubs bordering the fields include Red Cedar, but all are surrounded by White Cedar woodlands
to the north, east, and south, and a Hemlock woodland to the west. During 5-June through 10-June,
c.100 Juniper Hairstreaks have been observed in this portion of Grand Isle Town.
