Observation notes: All caterpillers are clustered on one bush, of different sizes. Fast moving when not on a plant. The leaves on the bush are fast dissapearing, making the bush look like it's dry. Lots of webbing also. Weather has been hotter than usual, very sunny, dry and hot. Not sure on the name of the plant, the neighbouring plants are not affected and completely clear.
