Observation notes: This moth was found in my horse barn on the ply wood that surrounds my indoor ring. It allowed us to touch it & expand its wing as seen in the photo. It stayed in this location all day and was gone the next morning.

Coordinator notes: This is the first A. cingulata record from RI on BAMONA, and the first recent record I've seen from the state. Nice find, especially considering that I spend a great deal of time literally right up the street from this particular location.
