Observation notes: Spotted the moth on the ground outside of Wallops Flight Facility badging office Wallops Island, VA. The moth was on the ground, still alive, but not moving much. The weather was in the 50 degree range that day. There was another moth of exact same type two feet away, also on the ground and not moving very much.
