Observation notes: This Emerald Moth was found in our small "wildflower" garden under some Aspen trees. It fluttered up when I was "misting" the garden. We live at 8,210'. There is a mountain across the street with Ponderosa, Blue Spruce & Aspen. We are at the west end of the San Luis Valley of Colorado, at the edge of the San Juan Mountains.
