Observation notes: Temperature about 85F; breeze from 0 to 5 MPH; Butterfly frequently lofted with a potential mate, then returned to the plants for a minute or two; occasionally conflicted with a bee or a wasp at the blossom head, sometimes yielding to the other insect, sometimes driving the other insect away from the blossom.
