Observation notes: on our house on the east side of Colo. Springs, CO; under a flood light that had been on all night. Color of house is a light yellow tan, and the moth color was actually light turquoise green the upper wing was 1" across and there appears to be a fringe around the wing edges. It drizzled most of the night before, we have been having a monsoon season here lately.
Please feel free to document this for Moth week however it is done. I have never observed one like this in the twenty yrs I've lived here.
